| - Facility purchases 1100 and 3003 foil reroll in 72" OD master coils | |
| that are rewound into smaller coils after the first foil mill pass. | |
| After this first pass, the foil mills can roll only material on 8" | |
| spools. The reroll thickness is .024" max and the max width rolled | |
| is 29.5" (0.6mm x 749.3mm) | |
| - The reroll is then passed through the mills to produce .0016" to | |
| .009" semi-rigid foil container stock in tempers ranging from "O" to | |
| "H16." The current owner estimates the total foil capacity at | |
| 6-million lbs or 2722 mtons annually provided a 3rd mill is employed | |
| and additional annealing capacity is added. | |
| - Included are two operating 34" 2-Hi foil mills and three identical | |
| mills dismantled and in storage. Also included are roll grinder, | |
| foil annealing furnace, 2 scrap balers, a coil upender, and many mill | |
