Harry Phipps founded MRC in 1971 and has over 40 years
experience in the aluminum industry.
He
worked at companies like Reynolds Metals, Alcoa Aluminum,
Olin and Hunter Douglas. He left the corporate world while Executive
V.P. of Barmet Alum. (now Commonwealth Alum.), to run
MRC and her sister company, H.E.
Phipps Co. Inc., full time. In 1992 son Ron
Phipps came on board and the companies were restructured.
Both Ron and Harry have traveled and sold
equipment all over the world.
